I have been nominated as the Open Science Ambassador by the University of Gdansk. My nomination has been backed by having experience in conducting oceanographic research with the use of specialized hydroacoustic equipment installed on the vessel of the University of Gdańsk “r / v Oceanograf”.

Meaning and value of Open Science

Open science for me is about sharing research experiences, best practices and specialist knowledge in an enticing and practical way so that it bolsters interest in research studies in oceanography.

Expectations for reSEArch-EU

Working with the alliance partners might make it possible to collaborate on various interdisciplinary research areas. For example, currently, along with all the SEA-EU partners, we are organizing a scientific cruise on the University of Gdansk vessel to strengthen the partnership, and at the same time to conduct interesting oceanographic research.
