I have been nominated as the Open Science Ambassador by the University of Cádiz because part of my research activity is focused on the application and development of scientometric and bibliometric techniques to biomedical scientific production, in which Open Science plays a crucial role.

Meaning and value of Open Science

Open Science provides a new perspective to science, researchers openly share their knowledge and data, and the different scientific actors can use it to be more efficient in development and decision making.

Expectations for reSEArch-EU

The reSEArch-EU project can raise awareness of the use and need for Open Science by establishing common policies within the SEA-EU alliance and becoming a model for the universities of the future.
