I have been nominated as the Open Science Ambassador by University of Gdańsk because of my experience and conducted research. My professional interests are specifically linked to research integrity and open science topics, which involves also propagating science outside the academia.

Meaning and value of Open Science

Open Science for me is a new approach to the research and science based on cooperative work and new ways of spreading knowledge by using digital technologies and new collaborative tools. This makes the data available for critical assessment and improves the reliability of scientific conclusions.

Expectations for reSEArch-EU

I think that the reSEArch-EU project will help to familiarize participants from different disciplines and Universities with the idea of Open Science, and that partners will help each other in creating common regulations and agreements in Open Science field.
